Creativity is a blend.  Some people are just wired differently.  Most people will could never be a DiVinci or Monet, no matter how much time they spend on it.

Having said that, the more time anyone spends developing their creativity, the more of their inherent potential they can achieve.

Ultimately, people that have more innate creativity and then work to develop it have the best chance of reaching high levels of innovation, originality and creativity.</description>
