I think sponsoring an Olympic hopeful is an interesting initiative for an ad agency. It's a great hook.. it's easy to promote Deena Kastor or... some other Olympian.. but how well does the ad agency do in raising awareness and buzz around the underdog? That's the sign of a good agency!

So any campaign has specific goals. I imagine this one is simply awareness. Wow, since I'm reading about this now, it appears they've achieved some level of success :) While publicity may not get Paul to Beijing, we are seeing some change in user behaviour and awareness. Therefore, the ad agency has shown me some innovation and effectiveness... love it!
